Hi, my name is Kate. I’m so glad you found my page and are interested in working with me. As a wife and mother of a little one, I know how difficult it can be to make time for yourself. If we don’t take care of ourselves and ensure our own health and well-being then how are we supposed to be at our best to take care of those that we love? I love to read, run, do yoga, do strength training and spend time with my family. I enjoy doing these activities that help keep me feeling my best and I’d love to help you find activities that you enjoy doing to feel your best.

Exercise doesn’t have to be scary, intimidating or so intense that you can’t move for a week afterward. It is possible to move in a way that will help you to feel your best instead of frustrated and defeated. It doesn’t require expensive outfits, equipment, or gym memberships. Strength training, yoga, running, walking, biking, swimming, and more. There are so many ways to exercise and finding what you enjoy doing most will help you achieve the best outcome.
